Short-range order in "disordered" aluminum solid solutions in ?-iron

چکیده
The atomic structure of soft magnetic iron-aluminum alloys is studied by X-ray diffraction and nuclear gamma-resonance spectroscopy. concentration dependence the body-centered cubic lattice constant short-range order (SRO) parameters in region a disordered solid solution monitored. It shown that range from 3 to 18 at.% Al, increases almost linearly. Discrete decomposition gamma resonance spectra makes it possible determine such SRO as relative fractions contributions coordinations without Al atoms with one, two, three first second coordination shells. deviation values these average statistical probabilities indicates presence chemical arrangement atoms. largest deviations are observed at 12 15 Al.
